Purelink’s sensorEdgeTM Optical Tag
is an active RFID tag built for RTLS applications and is a versatile wireless optical sensor
built for security applications, such as theft prevention or detection of breaches of sealed
environments. The PLK-SE030-OP1 can be placed inside rooms, containers, crates or any other
type of sealed environment. It then monitors ambient light levels and checks for any variations.
If a breach in the environment is detected, the PLK-SE030-OP1 will automatically record this
breach and notify the concerned individuals. Users can automatically validate the integrity
of containers, packages and products at any point in the supply chain.
